4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 slices Swiss cheese
6-oz. pkg. chicken-flavored stuffing mix
2 10-3/4 oz. cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chicken broth
Arrange chicken in slow cooker; top each piece with a slice of cheese. Mix together stuffing mix, broth and soup; spoon into a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours.
When time is short, a super-fast dessert is in order. Fill sundae cups with cubes of angel food cake layered with pie filling and topped with whipped cream...yummy!
